IMPORTANT..... Please tell us what color pocket bike you want - YELLOW,(OOS) BLUE or RED.  If you do not communicate what color pocket bike you want, we will select a color for you.  Default color is BLUE if you do not communicate your preference.
YELLOW units are NOT available at this time.

California Customers:This bike is for "Competition Use Only" and has the following restrictions:Cannot be registered for OHRV registration.Cannot be registered with the CA DMV with a green or red sticker.Can only be ridden for competition in a closed course.Does not meet California Emissions Standards.

What should your shipment expectations be? 

All care is taken to pack your unit to mitigate in transit damage to the fullest extent possible. Even with these precautions, units are sometimes damaged.  Some rub marks and minor scuffs sometimes do occur because during transportation you unit may rub against the packing material. This is normal. Fortunately, major damage during transportation is really the exception. If you find your unit has been damaged, take pictures to show the extent of the damage and notify us as soon as possible.

This unit IS NOT a toy.  This unit includes a gas engine that requires maintenance and adjustments, from time to time. Some basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills are helpful in maintaining the performance of your unit.

****Gas units sometime require minor adjustments to get them running properly. Parts also can be damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for making any adjustments to the unit and installing any defective parts replaced by the manufacturer. All required technical support will be provided by manufacturer.

This unit ships Fedex Ground with signature required on all deliveries.

Warranty
- 30 days parts replacementOnce a unit has been used, ALL repairs and parts replacement will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Returns- ALL returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact Wacky Hippo for a RA before returning item.- Request for return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. - Only NEW/UNUSED units may be returned. Once gas has been placed in the unit it cannot be returned.- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. ($60.00 for this unit)- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped in original carton with ALL original documentation. Damaged ItemsFree replacement parts will be shipped out if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, a return for a full refund will be offered. If damage is not reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. Guarantee:
Products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Wacky Hippo WILL NOT accept returns or replace defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Buyer should notify Wacky Hippo immediately upon discovery of any product defect. The manufacturer will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience cased buy their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. The manufacturer reserves the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.

Some products may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds Wacky Hippo and the manufacturer harmless of any liability.
